The story, on film

Most people don't stay out of investing because they can't understand it. They stay out because nobody explains it in plain words. Your stock moved today. Why? The answer is already sitting in the data. In the options activity, the technicals, what the large orders did. It is just written in a language you were never taught. cagnIQ translates it. One plain sentence for each, with the number of trades behind it and the day it came from. We will not tell you what happens next. Nobody honestly can. We make what already happened readable, so you can follow your own money without waiting for someone to translate it for you. Start free at cagniq dot com.

For your AI assistant · MCP

cagnIQ, inside your assistant.

Claude Code connects with one command; Claude Desktop and Cursor with a single config entry. Thirteen tools, all read-only, every answer carrying its window, sample size and as-of day. When there is no data, the tool says so in a sentence — your assistant is never handed a fabricated number.

Your brokerage knows what you hold. It was never built to explain why any of it moved. cagnIQ speaks MCP — the same open standard your AI assistant uses to connect to the tools you already work with. If your brokerage speaks it too, your assistant can hold both connections at once: your positions on one side, cagnIQ's intelligence on the other, one conversation between them. Ask why a stock you hold moved. What its options tape did. How it traded around past earnings. Each answer carries its window, its sample size and its day. cagnIQ's side is read only — it cannot see your account, place anything, or reach your broker. Market data is delayed by at least fifteen minutes. Start free at cagniq dot com.

Start with the shortlist. One honest sentence per surface.

The day opens with a ranked handful of names where something changed — each carrying a one-line reason in a language that you understand. Options tilt, large orders, the technical composite, the latest earnings call: each compressed to a sentence you can actually read, with its window and sample size attached.

Research, not advice — by construction.

Every night after the close, cagnIQ walks the US market and asks the same few questions of each stock's daily bars. Is it breaking out near its twenty-day high on heavy volume? Is it stretched well below its fifty-day average? Is volume running far above its own norm? When the arithmetic says yes, the stock gets a setup, and the reason is written in plain English. Volume running eight point seven times its sixty-day norm, with the price moving higher. These are rules, not predictions. A stock that qualifies for nothing is recorded as nothing, and last night's flags are cleared. Start free at cagniq dot com.

Symbol card

Depth one tap behind any ticker.

Price, chart and stat tiles up top; the Drivers panel, dealer positioning, the scorecard and options flow right below. One page holds the whole toolset — you never assemble a workspace. The sentence is the front door, not the ceiling.

What you can trust

What we can tell you — and what nobody can.

Data can be bought and the math is published. What makes cagnIQ different is what every sentence has to obey before you ever see it. Each one passes an automated language check on its way out, so wording that reads like a recommendation cannot reach you:

We describe what happened — not what happens next

Nobody can tell you where a price is going, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing with your money. Every read is about data already on the record.

Every number shows its receipts

How many trades it is based on, over what stretch of time, and the day it came from — attached to the figure itself, never buried in a footnote.

A quiet day says so

When there is nothing worth reporting, the read tells you exactly that. Nothing is padded, and no blank space is dressed up as a finding.

Plain words, not analyst-speak

If a sentence needs a glossary, it is not finished. The precise market phrasing sits underneath, so you can learn it — never so you need it first.

Before a company reports, cagnIQ writes one short note about it. How that note is made is the whole point. It is composed once, the night before, never while you wait. The figures are calculated first and handed to the model, which may quote them or leave them out. It never invents one. Then the note passes two screens: a vocabulary check, and a second model reading the wording for anything that drifts toward telling you what to do. If either objects, the note falls back to a plain template built from the same figures, and the card tells you so. Every figure keeps its source and its date. Start free at cagniq dot com.

Anatomy of a read

  1. One headline

A phrase, a figure, or a gauge — the read at a glance.

  2. One plain sentence

What the data did, in words that need no glossary — past tense, never a nudge about what to do next.

  3. The same thing, in market terms

The precise phrasing sits right underneath, so nothing is lost and the vocabulary is learned in place rather than assumed.

  4. Coverage and vintage, built in

The window, the sample size, and the day the data is from ride every read as part of its shape — never a footnote.

  5. Depth one tap down

The full surface behind every read is one tap away. The sentence is the front door, not the ceiling.
